Unionized workers have the right to negotiate collective bargaining agreements (CBA) that improve their working conditions compared to those established in their individual contracts or by the Federal Labor Law. 

Additionally, workers have the right to request a comprehensive review and revision of these contracts, as it allows for the evaluation and improvement of the working conditions initially outlined in their CBAs.
