Megan Scott

TA Consultant

Megan Scott is a TA Consultant in the Workforce Program Area at AIR. Scott has extensive experience in apprenticeship, workforce development, and non-profit work. As part of the TA team for the State Apprenticeship Expansion project, Scott provides customized coaching to state grantees and develops technical assistance resources and training to support apprenticeship expansion. In addition, Scott supports employers and partners in the development of registered apprenticeship programs for entry-level information technology roles through customized coaching and technical assistance training for the CompTIA Apprenticeships for Tech initiative.

Previously, Scott served as a project manager with the Oklahoma Office of Workforce Development, focusing on the expansion of apprenticeship opportunities for adults and youth, supporting employers in the development of apprenticeship programs, and providing technical assistance on apprenticeship and workforce system alignment.
