WorkforceGPS

The workforce development community needs quality resources to help people with disabilities attain meaningful employment. Maher & Maher, an AIR affiliate, worked with the Employment and Training Administration (ETA), U.S. Department of Labor to manage WorkforceGPS, an online technical assistance platform, resource clearinghouse, and an invested community of workforce system stakeholders from across the country.

WorkforceGPS was the primary vehicle for training resources for all ETA grantees. As part of their work, Workforce GPS staff curated resources for the disability and employment community, including:

• A dedicated portal and community of practice;
• A disability employment playlist for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) practitioners; and
• Products related to the Disability & Employment Bootcamp.
