Ke Wang

Ke Wang is an expert in quantitative research, program evaluation, education statistics, survey methodology, and project management. She has more than 10 years of experience leading research, evaluation, and statistical reporting initiatives and translating complex data into actionable information for policymakers, practitioners, and other stakeholders.

Wang serves as a project director, task lead, and senior analyst on large-scale research and evaluation initiatives for nonprofit organizations, federal agencies, and other public-sector clients. Her work spans program evaluation, survey research, performance measurement, statistical reporting, and stakeholder engagement. She leads projects from design through dissemination, overseeing study implementation, quantitative analysis, quality assurance, project management, and client communication.

She has extensive experience developing federal statistical reports and data products. Most notably, she led the development and production of the congressionally mandated Condition of Education and the annual Indicators of School Crime and Safety for the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES). In these roles, she managed multidisciplinary teams, coordinated with federal agencies and data providers, and supported modernization efforts that expanded the use of interactive, database-driven dissemination products.

Wang is also recognized for her expertise in data quality and federal statistical reporting. She previously served as lead quantitative analyst for the School Survey on Crime and Safety (SSOCS) and has extensive experience analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data from more than 20 federal surveys and administrative data systems.

Prior to joining AIR, Wang conducted research and evaluation for nonprofit organizations and contributed to cross-national education research. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
