Diversity at AIR: Employee Resource Groups
Voluntary, employee-led, and open to all staff members, AIR’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) play a prominent role in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace aligned with our mission, values, and goals, as well as executing our diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.
There are nine ERGs:
- Access AIR (disability-focused)
- Asians in Motion
- AIR BLAAC (Black, Latino, African American, African, and Caribbean) Diaspora Network
- AIR CREW (Collaborative Remote Employee Workforce)
- AIR Stars & Stripes (veterans and military-affiliated)
- AIR VIVA (Hispanic, Latino, and Chicano)
- AIR Pride (LGBTQ+)
- AIR WISE (Women in Support of Equity)
- Interfaith AIR
