Treshonda Rutledge has extensive experience leading and supporting K-12 schools and districts to develop and implement district-wide mathematics teacher professional development. With a background in instructional leadership, mathematics professional development, and research, Dr. Rutledge leads and supports a variety of mathematics focused projects centered on continuous improvement, instructional coaching, teacher professional development, and student-centered pedagogy. 

Dr. Rutledge has facilitated various professional learning opportunities for teachers, coaches, and school leaders. Previously, she held multiple roles in the K-12 setting including as a K-12 mathematics teacher, mathematics instructional coach, personalized learning facilitator, turnaround teacher, secondary mathematics district resource teacher, clinical coordinator, and advisor for secondary mathematics preservice teachers.
