Her work supports AIR’s mission to strengthen workforce readiness and human capital strategies through rigorous, responsive, and accessible assessment solutions. She has a particular interest in skills-based practices—especially upskilling, reskilling, and skill adjacency—as tools for expanding career pathways and adapting to evolving labor market demands.
