Caitlin Dawkins

Caitlin Dawkins is a principal technical assistance consultant at AIR, where she plays a leadership role in advancing justice and community safety initiatives. She leverages her expertise at the intersection of reentry, workforce, and education to promote evidence-based practices. Currently, Dawkins leads efforts to develop and expand fellowships that enhance opportunities for economic mobility and serves as a senior advisor and subject matter expert on various reentry projects. Dawkins fosters partnerships with federal, state, and local government agencies, community-based nonprofit organizations, law enforcement entities, and foundations to advance evidence-based practices.

Dawkins is committed to enhancing community safety by implementing effective reentry initiatives. Throughout her career, she has held multiple roles, including direct service, advocacy, and intermediary positions. Before joining AIR, she was the director of justice programs at FHI 360, where she guided the strategic direction of their justice-focused work.
