Allison Greene

Allison Greene partners with state and local education agencies to apply data-driven approaches that support continuous improvement and informed decision-making. She specializes in quantitative and mixed-methods research and evaluation, with particular expertise in large-scale survey administration.

Greene serves as deputy project director for the Nevada School Climate/Social Emotional Learning (NV-SCSEL) Survey, where she collaborates with the Nevada Department of Education to measure and report on school climate for students and staff statewide. She leads annual survey administration efforts and oversees psychometrics and data analyses, supporting the development and dissemination of reports and data tools used by educators and administrators. 

Greene also conducts implementation and outcome evaluations of community schools initiatives, working with the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) Connected Schools and the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) Community Schools Initiative. Her work examines program implementation and links to student outcomes to inform improvement efforts. She leads the data team for the Learning and Re-envisioning Network (LRN) within CPS, producing data reporting and insights that guide program strategy and continuous improvement. 

Prior to joining AIR, Greene was an elementary school educator for eight years in Nebraska and Louisiana. She also served as data manager for the Developmental and Motivation Research Lab at the University of Pittsburgh.
