Living Well Toolkit: Promoting Preventive Services
A new collection of outreach and educational materials for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services called Living Well is available to help Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program beneficiaries understand their preventive benefits.
The toolkit, developed by the American Institutes for Research and partners Weber Shandwick and the Urban Institute, is intended to help state and local agencies, health clinics and other partners with their outreach to these beneficiaries in a variety of clinical and community settings. Customizable materials include posters, fact sheets, social media posts, and more. The toolkit can be found in the Outreach Tools section of Medicaid.gov.
