Connecting the pathways and systems for students transitioning from K-12 into their next steps of college, career, and beyond is a critical priority for policymakers and practitioners.

In particular, addressing the systemic barriers faced by Black and Latino students, as well as students experiencing poverty, is important to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to thrive in education and the workforce.

AIR serves as the learning synthesis partner to the Pathways strategy team at the Gates Foundation, supporting learning, reporting, and synthesis across the team’s strategies and investments that aim to address these issues.

The project will produce a series of topical briefs based on the issues.
