Promoting Teacher Effectiveness in Adult Education

Project

Global competitiveness relies on closing the achievement gap, such that all learners are prepared to meet the demands of the 21st Century. An important component of learning is the quality of instruction. Therefore, under funding from the Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education for the Promoting Teacher Effectiveness in Adult Education project, AIR developed an adult educator induction model and toolkit, teacher competencies, and research briefs, all to support improvements to teacher effectiveness in adult education.
