American Institutes for Research Expert Participates in National Forum on Education Policy Hosted by the Education Commission of the States

Washington, D.C. – Dr. Mark Schneider, a vice president with the American Institutes for Research (AIR) and an authority on higher education issues and their economic implications, will participate in the 2011 National Forum on Education Policy hosted by the Education Commission of the States in Denver, Colo., on July 6-8, 2011.

Schneider will participate on Thursday, July 7, 2011 in a panel discussion on “Ensuring a Return on Your Higher Education Investment.” The panel will explore how states can ensure that their investments in higher education result in higher graduation rates and benefit the overall state economy. The session, which begins at 1:45 p.m. MT, will take place at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel.

Other panel participants are Patrick Kelly, senior associate, National Center for Higher Education Management Systems, and Richard Petrick, senior consultant, HCM Strategists.
