Patricia O’Brien has over 30 years’ experience in supporting continual improvement in workforce development, specifically unemployment insurance. As a senior TA consultant with AIR, she works as a subject matter expert to design and deliver technical assistance that addresses the customer’s needs.

O'Brien brings substantial experience in program management and operations in Unemployment Insurance. Specifically, her experience is in business process improvement, leading cross functional teams implementing complex information technology systems, as well as knowledge in program management, procurement, contract administration, data security, data agreements, and management of federally funded grants.
