Lori Downing is a senior researcher at AIR. Downing leads and contributes to tasks on a variety of health services research projects. Responsibilities include activities related to evidence dissemination; as well as qualitative data collection, including study design, data instrument development, data analysis, and project management.
Downing has worked on projects for clients including: the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute, the National Institutes of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Previously, Downing worked in journalism.
