Lori Collins

With 25 years of experience with the public workforce system, Collins’ expertise lies in the facilitation of strategies ranging from big ideas to operational practice. Prior to joining AIR, Collins’ experience included various facets of workforce development including at a local and state level and in the non-profit sector. Her areas of expertise include workforce system alignment, cross program planning for maximum impact and effectiveness, and integration of multiple programs for a shared vision. 

Additionally, Collins has robust experience in employer engagement and business service strategies having led such efforts at various organizations. Since joining AIR, she has worked on numerous projects regarding governance of the local workforce system and has provided training to multiple workforce system stakeholder groups regarding their roles and responsibilities.
