Lisa Habersack

Senior Manager, Strategic Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility

Lisa Habersack is the senior manager of strategic communications and corporate social responsibility at AIR, where she leads the organization’s philanthropic initiatives to expand opportunities in communities where AIR staff live and work worldwide. She collaborates across the institution to develop and sustain mission-aligned partnerships and programs that connect AIR leadership, staff, and nonprofit organizations.

Habersack also serves as the communications and public affairs lead for the AIR Opportunity Fund, a $225 million+ initiative using research and action to expand opportunities for people and communities in the U.S. and around the world. She plays a key role in shaping the Fund’s messaging and outreach, ensuring that its mission and impact are effectively communicated.

With a background in strategic and digital communications, partnership development, and philanthropy, Habersack has advised and worked with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations and businesses, including leading a global youth social entrepreneurship initiative at the International Youth Foundation. She joined AIR in 2020 through its acquisition of IMPAQ International.

In 2011, Habersack was awarded the Sophie Kerr Prize, the largest undergraduate writing award in the United States.
