Lauren Focarazzo

Lauren Focarazzo is chief growth officer and senior vice president at AIR, where she plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's strategic growth and advancing its mission, vision, and values. As a member of AIR’s executive leadership team, she shapes business strategy to ensure both immediate and sustained organizational growth. 

Partnering with the Program Office and other organizational leaders, Focarazzo develops and executes comprehensive business development strategies to manage and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities for AIR. This ranges from forging strategic partnerships that open new markets to strengthening existing client relationships to mergers and acquisitions.

With over 20 years of experience and a proven track record of collaborating with federal agencies, state and local governments, foundations, and diverse organizations, Focarazzo consistently has delivered results that expand AIR's reach and impact. Prior to joining AIR in 2020, Focarazzo held leadership roles at several organizations, where she was instrumental in driving business development and organizational expansion.
