Korantema Kaleem

Korantema Kaleem has over 20 years of extensive expertise in education and qualitative research methods. In her capacity, she leads qualitative research tasks for federal agencies, institutions of higher education, and foundations. Dr. Kaleem’s comprehensive background includes qualitative methods, K–12 education, postsecondary education, and college and career readiness.

Prior to joining AIR, Dr. Kaleem conducted research with a focus on educational policy. She has co-authored a book and contributed to several articles in reputable journals, including the American Educational Research Journal, Teachers College Record, and The University of Virginia Law Review.
