Kelsey Woodrick

Kelsey Woodrick brings more than 10 years of experience in education and international development, both domestically and internationally. Prior to AIR, Woodrick worked in the United States Agency for International Development's (USAID) Center for Education where she focused on program and budget operations, Mission engagement, and basic education portfolio management. She has also worked for several USAID implementing partners and as a classroom teacher.

In her role at AIR, Woodrick provides technical assistance to a variety of programs including the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)-funded Lesotho Food for Education project, the World Bank-funded Rwanda Video Series project, and the Gates-funded Blueprint for the Use of Evidence in LOI Decisions (BUILD) project. She also leads foundational learning projects that focus on bilingual and multilingual education and advises on strategic design and business development efforts.

Woodrick has experience designing and implementing education projects for a variety of clients, including USAID, the Gates Foundation, the World Bank, the International Development Research Centre, Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and USDA. She has implemented education programs in 16 countries across Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin American and the Caribbean.
