Kellie Macdonald Mayer

Kellie Macdonald Mayer has experience in higher education research and policy, as well as the transition from high school to postsecondary education and the workforce. Her current work includes directing projects related to evaluating student outcomes in postsecondary competency-based education and examining the implementation and impact of dual enrollment and early college programs.

Mayer is an experienced qualitative researcher and project manager. As a project director across projects, she is responsible for managing project teams, budgets, and client relationships. She holds a master’s degree in higher education from the Boston College Lynch School of Education and Human Development.
