Jessica Cruttenden

Jessica Cruttenden facilitates community building through expert event logistics planning and content development for in-person and virtual convenings. She is a Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP) with over 15 years of experience coordinating hundreds of meetings, conferences, and events. She works to optimize interpersonal connections and content engagement through effective operations management of large and small in-person, virtual, and hybrid conferences and meetings.

Cruttenden serves as the project director for the Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE) Research Conferences and Technical Support contract, which facilitates planning and implementation for the Research and Evaluation Conference on Self-Sufficiency (RECS) 2026/2028 and the National Research Conference on Early Childhood (NRCEC) 2026/2028, both convened by the Administration for Children & Families (ACF) within the Department of Health & Human Services. She anticipates the needs of clients, speakers, and attendees and implements planning efficiencies based on her deep institutional knowledge of the ACF conferences. 

Cruttenden’s expertise includes managing website and communications content development and dissemination; facilitating large proposal submission and review processes; mobile app and registration site development; venue site searches and contract negotiations; and speaker management. 

Currently, Cruttenden manages logistics planning and agenda development for events convened by the Department of Labor, the Department of Education, and AIR, including those hosted by the AIR Opportunity Fund.
