Howard Huo
Howard Huo is a senior researcher in AIR’s Education Statistics program area. He has more than eight years of experience in data analytics, data quality management, database design and development, disclosure risk, data confidentiality, training, and outreach. He has extensive expertise in Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) data analysis. As the technical lead for multiple National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) and AIR initiatives, he ensures NCES products and publications utilize the latest statistical methodologies and enhance data accessibility for users with varying expertise levels.
Huo is a certified TensorFlow developer and an AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional). He completed the Applied Data Analytics program from the Coleridge Initiative and earned his MPP from Georgetown University with a focus on quantitative research methods.
