Gauri (Gee) Rege
Gauri is a senior human capital strategist with extensive experience in mixed-methods research, job analysis, assessment design and validation, training evaluation, and human-centered design. Rege’s top priority is helping public-sector and nonprofit clients implement evidence-based solutions that measurably improve individual talent, occupational, and organizational outcomes. Rege partners with organizational leaders to make strategic, data-driven talent decisions that enhance employee experiences and strengthen workforce and organizational performance.
Currently, Rege leads projects and business development initiatives focused on Human Capital Strategies. With more than a decade of experience, Rege has designed and implemented skills-based talent solutions that improve hiring, development, and retention outcomes for public-sector and nonprofit organizations. Combining mixed-methods research with consulting expertise, Rege delivers impactful human capital solutions at the individual, occupational, and organizational levels.
Rege serves as a board member for North Carolina Industrial-Organizational Psychologists and is an active committee member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Prior to joining AIR, Rege worked as a senior analyst in human capital management at the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.
