Alexandra (Xani) Podolny

Podolny has 20 years of experience in the fields of public safety and public health consulting and management. Alexandra Podolny's primary responsibilities include serving as the deputy project director of the SAMHSA Disaster Technical Assistance Center (DTAC), overseeing all tasks related to the project, including supporting the joint SAMHSA/FEMA Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training grant program. 

Additional responsibilities include providing mental and behavioral health technical assistance, resource delivery to grantees, data tasks including conducting statistical analysis, and materials development and quality control. She has extensive experience in project management, budget and grants management, and training development and delivery.
