Claude Kasonka is the Regional Director for the AIR Office in Zambia. Claude has over 14 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation and Economic Analysis. Prior to joining AIR, Claude was M&E and Economics Director for Millennium Challenge Account- Zambia for five years.
Wendi Carman is a senior education specialist with over 15 years of international development and education experience. She is project director for education programs at AIR, as well as the primary point of contact for AIR’s YouthPower consortium.
Mitchell Morey is an economic researcher at AIR. He has extensive experience evaluating a variety of projects in developing country settings. He completed his Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Dr.
Juan Bonilla is a principal economist at AIR.
Mohammed Elmeski is a senior researcher in International Policy, Practice, and Systems Change at AIR. His primary responsibilities include providing technical assistance in the reform of international education systems. Dr. Elmeski also conducts process and impact evaluations.
Ebru Erberber is a principal researcher at AIR. Dr. Erberber has more than 15 years of experience in large-scale comparative studies of educational achievement.
Mark Kutner is an AIR senior vice president. Previous leadership positions held by Dr. Kutner include director of AIR’s Workforce, Research, and Analysis Program and deputy director of Education, Human Development, and the Workforce Program. Dr.
Johannes M. (Hans) Bos is a senior vice president at AIR. Dr. Bos is a nationally recognized expert in the conduct of randomized control trials in education and other areas of social policy research.

David Seidenfeld, vice president for AIR's international research and evaluation work, has over ten years of experience conducting research for government agencies, development organizations, and NGOs.
