Over the past fifteen years, the statistical evidence offered as proof in employment discrimination lawsuits has become increasingly more sophisticated, and a number of books have been written on the statistical concepts and techniques used in these cases. This journal article presents a review of some of the books currently available and provide information about each to help interested attorneys decide which statistical resources are most appropriate for particular needs in employment discrimination lawsuits.
