What can educators and educational systems do to support the resilience of children who experience severe, persistent and/or accumulative stress? AIR was commissioned by OECD to summarize (1) best evidence on causes and effects of adversity and/or trauma that students in many countries experience, (2) factors that exacerbate or reduce the effects of adversity and/or trauma, and (3) effective educational practices.
