The gap between white and black adults ages 25 to 29 who earned at least a bachelor’s degree widened from 13 to 22 percentage points between 1995 and 2015. Meanwhile, the size of the white-Hispanic gap at this level widened from 20 to 27 points, according to The Condition of Education 2016, a federal report of education trends.
