Patricia Brennan-Gac, a principal technical assistance consultant at AIR, has more than 20 years of experience working in education. During this time, she has managed various projects for national organizations, providing technical assistance to state and local educational entities. In her direct work with districts and schools she has lead teams conducting school audits; researched and analyzed trends in education; and assisted districts in selecting providers to support low-performing schools.
At the national level, Brennan-Gac has an extensive network with education organizations that she leverages to support client work at the state and district level. In addition, she provides a critical link between the organization’s work in the field and federal policymakers by facilitating conversations to highlight the successes and challenges in implementing federal programs.
