Marie Dalldorf is a senior project specialist with over 30 years of experience as a project director and task leader on numerous projects involved with program and educational evaluation, employment equity, and validation. She is experienced in project coordination, fiscal management, project work plan development, large-scale data collection, analysis, and report writing. Currently, Dalldorf is directing two projects that provide expert services to attorneys on Title VII cases for the U.S. Department of Defense, and is project manager for the PSC Regional Extension Center Evaluation for ONC/HHS.
Dalldorf also contributes to various other projects and has a long and successful history of direct collaboration with clients. She recently led the task to conduct the formative and summative evaluations for the Adult Literacy Professional Development Project III (CALPRO III), and played a key role on projects across program areas: education, workforce equity and health. Dalldorf has authored numerous project and technical reports, training guides, and a how-to guide for employers of special needs for the Social Competency and Employability Skills Curriculum published by Aspen Publishers. She also directed a project for the state of California to evaluate the Accreditation Framework goals, purposes and functions of the professional accreditation system within the state.
Dalldorf brings additional experience as a vocational education program specialist evaluator and site-visit chairperson for the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) and the Association of Independent Colleges and Schools (AICS), participating in over 160 post-secondary school accreditation site visits. As the chair of a site visit evaluation, her responsibilities included making team assignments; overseeing all activities during the site evaluation, including interviews with staff, faculty, students; presenting recommendations to the school administration; writing the team evaluation report, with input from each team member; and briefing the commissioners about team decisions. From 1974-1979, she served as the director of education and instructor at an Allied Health School, and as a business instructor at Foothill Community College. She holds lifetime teaching credentials in Office Services and Related Technology.
