Grace Wang is a principal health services and policy researcher with primary interests in the evaluation of public health programs on health and cost outcomes. Dr. Wang designs mixed methods research studies and provides leadership for research projects. She has experience on projects related to: new technologies in health care, analytics using patient and administrative data, and health services delivered through local systems and counties. She has synthesized and translated research findings into guidance for decision makers, including county-, state- and federal-level policymakers. She has particular expertise in quantitative research methodologies (e.g., quasi-experimental designs, econometric methods, simulations) and survey analysis. Dr. Wang has worked for clients including the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, Blue Shield of California Foundation, the California HealthCare Foundation, the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, and the Sierra Health Foundation.
