Erika Morral is a senior researcher at AIR. She has over nine years of experience providing research-based consulting for public and private sector clients. Dr. Morral has provided human capital consulting in a variety of areas, including job analysis, personnel selection, program evaluation, training development and evaluation, assessment development and validation, workforce surveys, employee compensation, organizational assessment, and performance management. Her primary research skills include designing and managing research projects, collecting data in organizations to answer specific research questions, analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data, and synthesizing results to present to others in writing and through presentations.
Dr. Morral has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designations.
