Don Mullins, Jr.
Don Mullins Jr. is a vice president at AIR. He has more than 35 years of experience in managing, developing, coordinating and operating science and health information dissemination programs. He provides strategic direction, problem solving, and recommendations for operational enhancements to major federal communication projects and technology systems. Mullins directs AIR staff and provides strategic planning and communications support for federal health agencies. He has designed and managed national inquiry-response centers, including overseeing information center setup, operations, and maintenance. He also has expertise in website and materials design, testing, and development.
For two years, Mullins served as director of communications for the National Center for Education in Maternal and Child Health at Georgetown University, working extensively with the development and publication of health guidelines in both print and Web publications.
