Audrey Peek is a researcher at AIR, where she specializes in postsecondary education policy and administration. She focuses on how students pay for and succeed in college. Her current work includes exploring alternative financial aid options, measuring student loan repayment, and evaluating student outcomes in competency-based education programs. Peek also serves as an evaluation lead in a national study of how postsecondary institutions implement student success initiatives for underserved populations.
Previously, Peek worked in the Office of Postsecondary Education at the U.S. Department of Education, where she coordinated the review process for First in the World Development grants and analyzed data on minority serving institutions. She has also conducted policy research and supported stakeholder engagement at Lumina Foundation for Education, the Institute for Higher Education Policy (IHEP), and the Economic Opportunity Institute.
