Kelly Peters is a principal psychometrician AIR. Her primary responsibilities include leading survey development efforts for Project Talent, including designing measures of cognition, health, and psychosocial well-being for various modes. Dr. Peters manages a team on study development, data collection, and analysis, and has extensive experience in survey design and quantitative methods.

Previously, Dr. Peters served as a senior research manager for a consumer marketing company and was a project manager and technical lead at the University of Southern California.
