On June 30, 2022, the Promoting Resilience, Opportunity, and Mobility in Support of Equity (PROMISE) Center at AIR presented Creating a More Equitable Workforce System at Scale: A Roundtable Discussion.
The event provided insights on the challenges and opportunities facing the workforce system today and featured a roundtable discussion with representatives from national leaders in sector-based workforce development: City Colleges of Chicago, Per Scholas, and Year Up.

This inaugural event explained opportunities to create a more equitable workforce system at scale and to hear key insights from staff who implement and study sector-based workforce programs on the ground.
