Since AIR's founding we have been conducting projects designed to improve organizational performance by developing, validating and implementing systems that enhance individual performance and workplace activities. Projects in this area draw from AIR staff members' diverse set of expertise, including organizational theory, individual performance, research design, data collection and analysis and reporting. Our work in this area requires knowledge of the most promising personnel and organizational research, as well as the ability to apply solutions that address real-world individual and organizational issues.
