For more than two decades, AIR has supported equity in employment practices in accordance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Equal Pay Act. We have provided expert services in connection with more than 120 lawsuits involving allegations of discrimination on the basis of age, gender, race, or national origin.
We began by serving the information needs of attorneys and human resource managers for precise data preparation, appropriate analyses, unbiased reports, and professional expert testimony.
More recently, AIR has been working with organizations moved by the business needs of the 21st century, not by court action. Organizations seeking to improve their personnel systems to reflect customer diversity and to recruit and retain women and minority employees can obtain self-critical analyses and best practices information from AIR.
