AIR is one of the nation’s largest employers of industrial and organizational psychologists and nearly 60 percent of our WRA staff hold Ph.D.s. Our extensive expertise and discipline-based technical knowledge range across other areas of the behavioral sciences as well, including cognitive, social, and educational psychology, as well as neuropsychology.
