Paul Bailey is a senior economist at AIR. He joined AIR in 2012, after receiving a Ph.D. in economics at the University of Maryland. Before that, he earned a master’s degree in statistics from The University of Chicago.

Aida Aliyeva is a researcher at AIR with a focus on postsecondary education. She has over six years of experience in higher education administration, primarily focusing on institutional research, assessment, evaluation, and strategic planning. In her current position, Dr.

Christian Evensen is a principle researcher at AIR. He has over twenty years of research and analysis experience, with a particular focus on program evaluation and the development of surveys to measure health care quality.
