Usability Testing

A usability test is almost like looking over someone’s shoulder while he or she uses a product. We watch users interact with products to accomplish tasks, determine what’s easy or difficult, and note any errors. We also interview them about their likes and dislikes.

Our clients learn what works and what doesn’t work, what’s clear and what’s difficult to understand. We can run a typical usability test in about two days with eight test participants, enough to identify most major usability problems. It’s a great way to refine the usability of a product before its release to a wide audience.
