Training Evaluation

AIR conducted comprehensive training evaluations for a major intelligence community client. This program involves the evaluation of all internal and external training courses offered at the agency. For different programs, AIR staff conducts evaluations using Kirkpatrick’s levels of evaluation. These range from Level 1 to Level 4, however we are currently using evaluations levels 1 through 3. Our analyses impacts the way courses are offered and the types of courses that are offered.
