Substance Abuse

AIR is deeply involved in public and private efforts to prevent and treat substance abuse. Together our federal and private partners have committed some $30 million dollars to a wide variety of innovative programs. The largest and most significant of these combines block grants to the states and the White House’s Access to Recovery approach which expands access to care and choice of treatment.
