Statistical Analysis of Employment Data
Our staff are knowledgeable about the statistical analyses of employment data accepted by the courts. Typical analyses that we design to address allegations in a case include:
- Changes in the composition of a workforce over time
- Hiring patterns and initial placements of employees, including subgroup differences that take qualifications into account
- Analysis of discouraged applicants
- Career progression, including analysis of waiting times between promotions and access to career-enhancing opportunities
- Access to training and specialized job assignments
- Identification of salary cohorts for the computation of back pay
- Analyses of the selections from several independent events with an aggregation of the results across those events using an AIR-developed computer program called MULTEVENT
