Public Education

In addition to targeting specific segments of the population in an effort to change health behavior, AIR develops public education campaigns meant to raise general awareness of issues, enlist support from a wider public audience, mobilize communities, and change social norms. Public education efforts include a current and on-going public education campaign that AIR is designing for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to mobilize communities to eliminate syphilis from the United States.
