Job Analyses

AIR has recently completed a zero based review of all work carried out by a major member of the intelligence community. This approach utilized the Department of Labor’s Occupational Information Network (O*Net) which AIR was instrumental in developing as a replacement to the Dictionary of Occupational Titles. Over a two year period, AIR staff helped develop approximately 150 work roles to replace over 1100 job titles in the legacy personnel system.
