Education Adequacy & Equity

This represents two aspects of the debate over school funding. The analysis of education equity focuses on an examination of how states distribute resources across districts that serve various student populations. Analysis of education adequacy focuses on determining what it costs for students to achieve state standards with regard to certain performance measures (for example, test scores, graduation rates and/or dropout rates).
