Consumer Reporting

AIR is at the forefront of developing and applying better ways to convey information to consumers. In today's health care marketplace, consumers play an important role in driving quality by choosing superior health care providers, but they can do so only if they have the correct information presented in a manner that they can understand. For AHRQ's CAHPS II grant, AIR is designing reports that engage consumers and make it easier to use the information presented to make choices. AIR is also developing reports that will be useful to health care providers for improving quality.
