Audits for Nondiscrimination in Employment

Affirmative action regulations require organizations to establish and monitor equal employment opportunities for women and minorities. We have experience as human resource analysts for government agencies and private corporations, including knowledge of the policies and procedures that govern federal civil service, at-will employment, and collective bargaining. We use that experience to conduct confidential internal audits to assess whether employment practices, policies, and procedures meet applicable legal and professional standards.
